Buyers may request a refund under the following conditions:
The product is not delivered within the specified timeframe + 30 days
The product arrives damaged or is not as described in the listing
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date through the platform's dispute portal.
TeraTron will investigate and issue a final decision. All decisions are binding and non-negotiable.
